O reteta rapida, cu aroma chinezeasca, puiul dulce acrisor este sanatos si gustos.

Folosim 1/2 ardei gras tocat marunt, 1 morcov, muguri de bambus, ciuperci, piept de pui dezosat, sos de soia, suc de rosii, otet, zahar, sare, piper.

Se fierbe pieptul de pui, se taie cuburi iar apoi se trage la tigaie impreuna cu legumele si putin unt vreme de zece minute, amestecand incontinuu.

Se adauga apoi sucul de rosii, impreuna cu sosul de soia, zaharul si otetul. Se tine amestecul pe foc inca 2 minute. Se asesozeaza si se serveste fierbinte.
